The applicant shall submit the following documents: 

1. An academic transcript of the previous semester confirmed by RSU Study Department;

2. Certificate of participation in the relevant forum, seminar, congress, conference etc.;

3. A copy of abstract book showing the developed research paper;

4. A bank statement showing the amount of money spent to gain experience;

5. A brief description and feedback on the event;

6. Up to 5 certificates of scientific interest groups, certificates of conferences, scientific publications, if any.

RSU Research Week!

Dear RSU students!

RSU Research Week 2019 is fast approaching. The conference is a unique opportunity to learn about the most current trends in medicine, healthcare, and the social sciences, as well as to gain new professional contacts, friends, and, most importantly, to get recognition in your burgeoning career as a researcher.

Participation is mandatory for RSU students! Research Week events stand in for regular lectures. You can attend events in person, or follow them via live stream on Moodle.

We remind you that Research Week is made up of three conferences:

1 – 3 April – Knowledge for Use in Practice, an international conference in the fields of medicine and health care

We invite students to volunteer at Research Week 2019!

We welcome students to apply to participate in organising Research Week 2019 as volunteers.

Time: 1-3 April, 8:15-18:00
Place: 16 Dzirciema iela, Rīga

Work description:

  • Registering Research Week participants outside each venue;

  • Assisting participants about where and when each section takes place;
  • Working at the Research Week Information Centre.

You will receive:

  • Experience participating in organising an international conference;
  • T-shirt with the RSU logo, an RSU water bottle, and a tote bag;
  • Lunch during all three days.

After the conference you will be given:

  • A certificate for your contribution to the RSU Research Week;
